The Terms of Service form a legal contract between you, the user ("Customer"), and springstaffing Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," "Cleaning Company," or "our").
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the service you have booked at any time. The following charges will apply based on when you cancel:
*Free Cancellation:
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the job start time.
*30% Charge:
If you cancel within 48-24 hours before the job start time.
*50% Charge:
If you cancel within 24-10 hours before the job start time.
*Full Charge:
If you cancel less than 10 hours before the job start time.
Methods of Cancellation
You can cancel your booking via the online booking portal, by calling our office, emailing, or through live chat during our working hours.
*Rescheduling:
We require 24-hour notice to reschedule a booking. For changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 25% fee is payable.
*Parking and Congestion Charges:
These are not included in the quote. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the scheduled time incurs a £25 fee. No charges apply if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
*Hazardous Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse any job if the property condition is hazardous to our operatives' health and safety. If undisclosed before arrival, a non-refundable £100 fee will be charged.
*Company Cancellations:
We may cancel or reschedule a service due to accidents or unexpected circumstances affecting the assigned cleaning team.
*Incorrect Bookings:
The Customer is liable for any mistakes in bookings. If cleaners are turned away due to incorrect booking dates, a £65 fee will be charged.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
The Customer can reschedule or cancel the appointment over the phone, using the online booking portal, via live chat, or by emailing our customer service team.
